There aren't any mods, but I do believe there is a glitch to get your Pro 5 ratings higher with little effort. You do need both an Xbox one and 360 though I think.

Anyway, I found a tutorial for it, It may be wrong, but It's something along the lines of this... Oh and I copied and pasted this from another site by the way.

Firstly you need to complete ( sim ) 2 player career seasons on xbox 360 , or this wont work.
Second , do the exact same on xbox one create a player and sim 2 seasons .
Then save and quit fifa.
Restart it and go back on career made and it should give you a message with a 5% virtual pro boost.
This is what you want to click, then make a pro and save it.
Go on proclubs and enjoy

There are no mods but there is a glitch like Xavi said don't no if that's the exact way but it's close enough or you could just boost you're pro
