im curious ive seen post about slammed cars and i always figured they ment compitention suspension but can you lower it more then that ?

Yes you could.

I don't remember if it was a glitch or it was using the gta 5 modder, but I'm pretty sure this glitch/mod got patched with the recent update.

I'm almost certain it's the same way people used to get NOS cars.

To start you have to have the car "without" bulletproof tires, and the lowest suspension. Next you want to shoot the rim, not the rubber, and after enough shots you will see the side drop. Do this with all 4 tires and it will appear that your car is on the ground without any damage.
