Steps To Use The Mod Tool
1. Plug a flash drive into your Xbox 360 console
2. Go onto GTA V and get any cars/weapons you want to mod
3. Go into your phone on GTA V and quick save to the USB device
4. Plug the USB into your pc and open up the mod tool
5. Press "search devices", then select your device, then your save
6. Mod anything you'd like eg, cars, weapons, characters etc
7. Press save to device
8. Plug USB into the Xbox 360 console
9. Once in GTA press load and select your usb device

The cars didn't work for me. How do you get the cars to work?

you have to mod them in solo first then transfer them into online

you have to have cars in the spots that you are going to mod, for example if you are going to mod micheals garage (vinewood) then you have to have cars in there to begin with, these cars can be any random ones of the street.
Once you have done this use the drop down menu to select one of the cars in your garage then you can change it to whatever car, colours, mods or performance upgrades you would like

How do I use the program to mod my online character? I used it for offline before and I have version 2.0.1.2 of it and can't figure it out?

Also I'm ps3 but the program works for both
