I've been an Apple fan my whole life. But now, I've just come to some realization. iPhones are great phones, don't get me wrong. But iPhones are just really dumbed down for users who want a simple, easy-to-use phone with little customization. However, I want a phone that I can customize completely without having to jailbreak and deal with the phone crashing at least 9 times a day. So, I'm getting my first Android phone in the next two months.
Now, I've heard the HTC One M8 and the LG G3 are to be pretty good when they're revealed pretty soon (I think this month?). So, which one do you think will be most impressive and why? I'm a brand new Android user, so I want to know what phone I should ultimately decide on bringing home so I can just use my iPhone 5 as an MP3 player.
Any info is helpful, and don't be afraid to bring up a different phone and challenge the specs to the two mentioned. I have no idea about Android phones, so I'm very curious
