Okay, so this is kind of a weird question, but I started playing WoW on my uncle's account when I was about 7 years old, I've had that character for quite a few years, but I only get to play it when I see my uncle who lives on the other side of the country. The character is about level 74 now, and I'm looking to start a WoW account of my own. Is there any way to transfer that character to my account? Thanks in advance!

1)Give useless advice
2)MUST SPAM ABOUT RAF! (Use the bloody thread for it)

Onto the topic, There may be a way to do so but as far as im aware you would need to have details on the account and some history of playing it at his address , e.g. full address , billing details , and some form of identification to help prove its you.

Im guessing to transfer its a similar effort as when you get completely locked out of an account or lose an account as i myself had to send a fair amount of details such as some old billing details to them , proof of address , id card etc to have my old account from BC (which had some very low characters on) fused with my main account now , the only diffirence im guessing is fusing accounts it free a character transfer wouldnt be , it may be the only option to ask your uncle for the details and you to then register a seperate license to the account and transfering the character there (When on login screen for wow or battle.net app theres a drop down menu and youd just pick your account and click play and if your uncle then signs on using his account you are both able to play online at the same time!)

Youre going to need the same first name and last name on both accounts sadly.

i dont get what you mean? XD

And im sure if your uncle has let you on the account if your parents or guardians (im guessing your "young" or still living with them) that you may be able to sort something out where your uncle can send a passport/driving license picture to your parents and them to then sort the transfer stuff out for you or just ask politely for your uncle to let you create a 2nd WoW account within his Battle.net master account so your subscriptions and accounts as essentially seperate as stated above
