Basically a few people have said to me before I haven't been active because I have a low post count but if I see a post that I find interesting or could help me I will post on it! This really annoys me when people say I'm not active because I don't spam to get my posts up! I know alot of guys with high posts that are very helpfull around this website. Rant over! Had to get this out!

I agree.
I think that, in your case specifically, all that your post count shows is that you have very selective interests.
If post count represents activity, then someone like me with 6000+ posts, yet just under a 2 year membership would be more active than a hypothetical 10 year member with 1000 posts [who still uses the site.]

It just doesn't work.

the post count represents your activity. it doesnt matter its your choice if you wanna be active or inactiv.

But how does a low post count represent activity? I could be way more active than the guy with 6k posts but might not feel the need to post doesn't mean Im inactive

No, it just represents how many times you thought it was worth it to post your opinion.

In my personal opinion i don't think that the post count matters.
I would rather see someone with 200 posts in 3 years but know that all of them are relevant and have helped people out. Than someone with 10,000 posts in 2 years and them being completely irrelevant and likely just spam.

Completely agree, if you are a helpful member, post count doesn't mean anything. One guy has 6k and is a 1 year member... That's just outrageous.
