I've been trying to set up Neighborhood to my xbox. I followed this TUT. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
and when I restart the xbox, I get this.. With the red light blinking.

Take out the hard drive and see if it boots up.

i had this and i took out the harddrive

Did you get it fixed? Taking out the hard drive is only the first step.

I've done that. I tried turning it on without the HDD and it boots, but as soon as I place it back, it goes to that error screen. I delete the Dash launch and then it goes back fine with the HDD but still not able to connect Neighborhood to the xbox.

That means its most likely a plugin error
