Hey guys can someone please tell me the fastest way to level up i am currently level 11

I would say find someone that is level 75 or more(Most on this site usually are)

Have them host you the mission "Rooftop Rumble" You'll get $18,000 and 4000 XP

I've leveled up about 20 level since I've been doing this and it's the fastest way.
