this is just a theory but if i had my hands on my friends account who received Flaming Recon and i recovered his gamertag would i be able to go into his download history and download the Flaming Effect and use it on my account?

note: I don't think this will work i just need an answer

liscene transfer yes but he'd have to be a good friend to let u transfer his liscene he paid for to ur console id

You would be able to download it but you would need to do a License Transfer to keep it permanently.
