I was messing around with my files, long story short, things went wrong. I changed all the files back to the back ups i made but i noticed that when on a web page i "browse for a file" or when i download something, the left side of the window where i used to have like all the available libraries is completely blank, see the picture below.

Any ideas how i can get it back to how it was before?
All help is appreciated.

I would reset your computer.
First, backup your computer > Reset the PC in "Restore" in Control Panel.
Restore the computer to the default settings, then restore your files back afterwards.

Restore the computer to the default settings, then restore your files back afterwards.
