on my main account i have all the map packs but on my other account I don't (same xbox)
what can I do I need them on this account

go to your download history and re download them if that dont work chat with a xbox ambassisor

You need to go on the account that has the DLC. Then go to account and click license transfer.

If you are banned an ambassador can't do anything for you they will tell you that you have to wait till you are unbanned.
