I recently took a 2 week break from my computer (grounded), and when I came back to play DayZ and Smite I had a HUGE fps drop.
Both SMITE and DayZ I meet the reqs for. I ran them both perfectly. When I returned I noticed the slowness and I restored my computer to a backup point and it helped a small amount. I cleared my DNS cache, and various caches to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Smites going through very bad "optimization" patches right now. i have a 4670k and a 770 and i can barely get 60 fps solid and for Dayz that game is in alpha so don't expect it to be running very well.

Normally I would be okay with this response, but DayZ didn't go through an update in the time I was off. Smite did, but no-one else has the same problem.
