is there a way to call a buzzard after patch 1.10 as they have patched it for people below the level?

If you're below the level you can have it in Pegasus but it's unavailable. You'll have to get to the level.

You can't call it since they patched it. Just keep doing missions for a few days. I got to level 100 the 2nd day online was released

That is impossible man, even farming missions that give 5k rep.
