You're right it's Hex and it's easy. I don't blame him keeping it to himself it's hugely satisfying making kids drool.

Sorry only can be done with ISO mods. The lights are part of the skin on the space docker.

I know how to find the hex and code to change for things such as window tint, horn, license plate you just put a custom plate have something stock such as a stock horn open up the file in hex editor search the plate and screenshot the area below your plate then mod the same file in save edtor to have a different horn other than stock open the file in hex editor and screenshot again and you will be able to compare the screenshots and see the value which changed so you know that when you change that code it will change the horn. The problem with headlights is it doesn't seem to be anywhere below the license plate i tried stock lights screenshot then xenon lights and took a screenshot and none of the hex values change so no idea where the hex value u need to change for lights is.
