Only top priority military would get it, the lower ranks would be enraged with this. It would be cool but it could potentially get into the wrong hands.

This just screams MURICA and FREEDOM! Would be cool tho to see a real life iron man. Unless your an enemy of the US!

Weight wouldn't be a problem at-all.
It'll obviously use hydraulics for all its movements and probably won't even bear any weight on the shoulders of the user, it'd be like stepping inside a slightly bigger person so to speak.

And even if they US seriously wanted to put this in place, they would only get a hand full of these suits, and only let DEVGRU (or mainly known as the Seam Teams (seal team six?)) have them and use them..

They would not mass produce these and send them out to everyday infantry soldiers, they could care less about them..

The army's Delta would also likely receive some, they and DEVGRU are the only tier 1 teams.

If they only made web slingers....

It's unfortunate that only forces under JSOC (Joint Special Operations Command) will get these miracle machines. At least this is a step in the right direction.

The military is decades ahead of the population in terms of their technological abilities, so this comes as no surprise. Cool stuff though.
