Can an asus p8h77-I support a 750 watt power supply? I tried searching google, but I didn't get any answers.

What are all of the parts you running? CPU, GPU, Etc.

I have an intel i3 and a amd 7850 right now, but I'm trying to get a gtx 760

You could run that PC off a quality 450w unit. 750w is insane overkill. What unit do you have now?

Yeah i agree, what if he had sli 760's?+ overclock? maybe that would be more of a useful psu?

The board only has one PCIe slot.
