I've had the laptop for 3 Years and just recently it began to crash.

It's about to crash when:
1) YouTube Sounds will play even when off the video.
2) Programs can not start.
3) Existing programs will crash.
4) Ctrl + Alt + Del wont work.
5) Shutting down doesn't work only power button.

Thanks for reading, Any help is appreciated.

In a laptop it could be anything. Does your laptop get abnormally hot before it crashes? It might need a good dusting. Maybe you need a new HDD, which is common in laptops.

Have you tried running a virus/malware scanner?

You probably have corrupt registry file(s).

Download CC Cleaner and scan for corrupt registry files and clean them (if found)

If that does not help. Try re installing Windows and it may be a corrupted/missing system file. (Not registry file)
