A friend made this build for me and I want to know what you guys think.

PC would be used for streaming console games, internet and video editing, but would possibly want to easily upgrade for gaming in the future.

So do you guys think it is a good build?

You do realise there is no GPU in that build, right?

Looks like a great build for the price, and the on-board Intel HD graphics will be ample for everyday use. And with the parts you already have, putting in a GPU at a later date will be a breeze!

I understand that. I quoted Tank because he has a thread up about a $600 gaming build and I was just pointing out that the build that you have linked does not have a GPU so it would not help him too much.
