stop work, i cant buy a new headset cuz i live in brazil, and this headset here costs arround R$ 200 like ( 90 dollar USA ) is too expensive, and i use since the launch, I have a turtle beach MW3 edition but i cant use. thx for the feeds guys.

Same shit happened to me, I just bought a new one from wal mart and replaced my broken one then returned it.

Call the xbox one support number and tell them that your headset has stopped working. They will have you register you xbox one with them (takes like 5 minutes) to verify that you own a system pretty much. They will take your address and everything then ship you out a new headset. Both mine and my brother's headsets stopped working so I called and we registered both of our systems and then we had new headsets shipped out in around a week.

I haven't broken mine probably because I rarely use it.
