I don't think the ban bypass is in the XBLSE files your going to have to ask them to provide it
When i load stealth on xbox it says '' Fully stealthed + Bypassed ''

I'm not 100% sure you should talk to everydaynine on aim he will know


You have to load it offline then sign in once at the main menu
