At the rank of Lieutenant Colonel you unlock the:

* = Can see but cant buy until a Commander

Field Marshal Elite Armour
Mark V Helmet
JFO Helmet
Pilot Helmet *
Commando Helmet *
EVA (C) * [only visible if you have normal EVA]
CQC Shoulders
Operator Shoulders *
Commando Shoulders *
Collar/Breacher Chest
Assault/Sapper Chest *
Black Visor



I think that is it i may have missed a few.

Hope this helps you guys.

You dont unlock anything else at Grade 3.
