I like it for 3D work, I normally think 2D work looks cleaner and more professional but thats just me.

I dont mean the creation of it,
i mean the overall style and just the general technique used to create it. A 3d text render ran through photoshop with general effects to them,
step away from it if you want to progress further in graphics,
dont stay stuck in the 'gfx' scene,
just some advice from a graphics artist

It's really not good, though.

The 'wires' or whatever on the text looks bad, along with the text itself.
Motext is rarely the best option.

It doesn't blend with the background.
The background is blurry, and flowing.
Then you have random sharp shapes sticking out form behind the text.

The color correction is probably what kills it though.
The left side is blue/pink-ish, and the right side looks orange/green-ish.
It doesn't match, and the colors don't look good together.
Plus, this has way too much contrast and is over exposed.

Try making something unique, and original.
Something that looks clean, and smooth...
Not this old, annoying style.

Thanks for the great advice, your well written statement totally made my day so much better. You must make everyone feel like a great designer.

Maybe have a go at using photoshop for something more than an after thought.

Dont keep using C4D to create whats already been done.
And already been done alot better.
The thing that shows as lazy is the wires, other versions of this style have a little more effort put in and have a much better outcome.
