Haha! I've never seen someone ask for gold like that before lol, I can see why people ask for gold. Some people don't have paypals and let's face it, gold is amazing. ;)

Honestly it's not an expensive thing to buy, the reason I'm no longer gold is there is no need for me to be in the gold forums anymore. However the amount of users that PM a gold member just to ask for gold is ridiculous.

I'm forever getting PM's about Gold. Just report and move on. It's the easiest way i i deal with it.

A lot of them have miss leading titles which pisses me off even more!

This really annoys me too! The way i got gold was by either earning it and also posting in gold giveaways.
But when my paypal is all sorted i will go to buying my own and probably gifting people to give back.

I don't see much of this anymore but it happened alot.

In all of my years being on this forum i have never seem someone beg for gold like that I feel sorry for the people with the "Gold Gifter" badge as i can presume them getting spammed with messages.

Sadly a very common occurrence. But if you notice, at least a very few of them actually get the gold when they beg for it. Lately there's been a trend to gift people to get the gold gifter badge, and people just forget about those who actually deserve it, and just gift random users who've done nothing to deserve being gifted.

Another thing, most people that beg for it can buy it, but simply decide to beg instead of just buying it/ earning it.
