I don't really get this much where I live, but in Prison Break, Tweener was my least favourite character, mainly because he talked like that.

It is really annoying, especially in our generation of kids. I hear so many 12 year olds saying stuff like that.

It doesn't bother me to be honest. It's always going to be around and there's nothing we can do about it.

It's called ebonics, a special word a lot of slang. It's not ghetto.

finally the first person who calls it by its correct name, i could understand how people find it annoying if you live in the suburbs but it's pretty useful if you try to get around in the inner cities.

He didn't bother me, but that comment did bring a lot of memories from that awesome series.

@OP I really don't mind. Eventually they'll learn that talking like that won't get them anywhere, and if they want to achieve anything at a professional level, they'll have to make some changes or they'll end up with no job or career.

Shouldn't really bother you, if they want to sound like idiots then let them. Annoys me aswell, funniest part is they act so hard and most likely the biggest wimps, meanwhile the real gangers are in office. Lol
