Go to 'my support' then go to 'my cases' and it will show a full transcript of the chat.. please post it so everyone can see what the support person said.

Hes obviously making up false info. Support agents are paid not to release any leaked info for upcoming DLC or future releases. To be honest the support guy probably doesn't even know himself when the camo will be released.

If it does get released, it would be for some msp.

I tried it myself, just got cookie cutter responses. Tried it with two different support agents. If anyone gets proof of confirmation please screenshot it and post!

This happened with Titanfall support chat and it was confirmed officially a few days later, so I don't think it's not possible.

I had Mark B a couple days ago, also did the agent(s) ask you where you got the information from, I wasn't sure what to say.
