Considering it's a popular site, of course there will be those who will come here to scam. This does not mean that the majority of people are like this.

EDIT: I go to your profile and half of your recent posts is on the Ghosts: Modded Lobby section. Of course there's going to be scammers there.

That is only in the modded lobbie section. Also I have only been scammed once in two years. I have delt with 16+ deals and only got scammed once. I think this site is amazing tbh.

Hate to contradict you but you used jurisdiction in the wrong context, I think you were looking for "sufficient mandate".

However I completely agree with what you intended to say.
