I recently bought a iPhone 5s Sprint i have T-Mobile is there a way to activate the phone so i can get in and unlock it wont let me get in without a sprint sim card.

I suggest you take it to the shop and get it unlocked. It will cost a few dollars.

I think unlocking it will cost you a bit, and I don't know if they'll be able to do it for you in the store. I don't know much about unlocking, so can't really tell you anything else but ask your friends if any of them has a sprint sim card you could use for a little while. Just some options, mate.
