Hell - not every PC game has subscription fees. Mostly MMOs, I'd pay $7,95 a month for ESO. Sounds fair to me. I would and will not spend $60(or however much it is) for a game and THEN pay $15 a month.

This game will now flop !.
Lets be honest here if they told us that the game was going to be $60 and there was also going to be a subscription fee of say .. $5 a month i doubt many of us would complain to much.
They would of ended up with a massive player base that would in turn have made them alot of money.
But they are greedy and now the player base they will retain will be small ,Alot less money for them.
We all loose out on this one for now.

I can understand PC users still getting this. But for consoles, this is ridiculous. It already sucks having to pay a subscription fee just to play online with people. But adding this is basically just paying for a second Xbox Live account. That's a bit too much money for the average American. I'd love to have this game but I just don't think I can afford with all these fees.

Apparently the billion+ dollars just from game sales isnt quite enough to pay for dinner. lol I loved the first skyrim, but if there is a $15 monthly fee for the new one there is no way that I'll pay for my games and XBOX live and a monthly access fee to play a game I already have purchased. I don't see how they can justify charging more than 3 times what a COD season pass costs and provide no content or at least less than $180 worth of DLC. I think this is just crazy!

"We're building a game with the freedom to play alone or with your friends as much as you want," he said. "A game with meaningful and consistent content one packed with hundreds of hours of gameplay that can be experienced right away and one that will be supported with premium customer support. Charging a flat monthly (or subscription) fee means that we will offer players the game we set out to make, and the one that fans want to play. Going with any other model meant that we would have to make sacrifices and changes we weren't willing to make.
Stop whining...

Lmao... blame it on MICROSHIT, Bethesda has been pushing Microsoft to allow you guys to play without GOLD but Microshit is saying NO. PS4 FTW!

So The Elder Scrolls Online is going to be your only game on PS4 then?

You realize they are having problems with Sony too right. Also, why the **** would anyone give up their Gold membership for one game, then turn around and pay $15/month to play only that game online. They would lose the ability to play anything else online, and end up paying more for one game, than 100's of other games combined.
