Didnt know what section to put this in , im looking for the best monitor i can get for around $80 cad - 100$

I'd suggest looking for brands such as:
Asus;
BenQ;
LG;
Acer;
Very nice brands and have had monitors from these brands before.

It's 20" 1600x900, but you get what you pay for.
