Hello,

Specs

Operating System: Windows 8.

Processor: AMD FX-4100 3.6 Ghz (3.8 turbo) Overclocked to 3.9Ghz.

Graphics: XFX AMD R7770 1gb Super Overclock edition.

RAM: 8gb ram.

Case: AZZA Orion 202 black/black SECC Steel ATX Mid Tower Case.

I want to upgrade to crossfire 7770's and a AMD FX-6350.

But I also want to get a R9 270x

Which one should I go with? Crossfire 7770's? or r9 270x?

Either way, you'll more than likely need a new PSU. It's not likely that your motherboard would give you good enough bandwidth for Crossfire (at least 8x 8x PCIe 2.0), and your case is not good. I'd also suggest the 6300 instead of the 6350, it's cheaper and you can do the overclocking yourself, not that I would suggest doing it at all with cheap boards.

I say likely because I don't know what board, PSU, and cooler you have.

The G46 and related boards have failure-prone VRMs so I suggest you steer clear. It's cheap for a reason. I'd suggest the Biostar TA970 instead:

The CX500 is priced well after the rebate and promo code and will do what you need, but here are some higher-quality options for a little more.

I want a modular power supply, I hate all these un-used wires.

The HIVE series is part modular like the CXM series, but CX(M) units compromise on quality to hit the low price point. If you can afford something a little better like the HIVE, it's good to get it.

Definitely get the 270X. The 1GB of VRAM will be a limitation and you won't have to worry about Xfire compatibility with games. As I said before, your motherboard is more than likely not ideal for Xfire/SLI unless it is a 990X/FX chipset board.

That's the best deal on Newegg if you want BF4. The Powercolor variant is cheaper and can be combo'd with the FX 6300, so it's worth mentioning.
