I've sent messages to a few staff members but they never reply I'm not asking stupid questions What do I have to do to get an answer about this site.Are they too cool to answer members questions I doubt it

Well clearly you haven't asked staff members because this site has the best staff you can find

They take time to answer question usually like 1 minute or two but they will answer.
