So I am building a computer and my friends say that if I use the stock fan I will encounter heat issues, if this is correct please could you send me towards a good cpu cooler. I'm not overclocking and the case is either the xclio touch 787 or the zalman z11 plus.

The stock fans maybe nosier ect but they will hold the heat of the cpu at stock no problem.

Since you're not overclocking then you don't need a different CPU cooler than the one in the box.
Why would they supply you with a fan that won't do it's job correctly? It would just be a waste.

Yes, you'll be fine.

You do not need a after market HSU if you're not going to OC.

If you are wanting to buy a good cheap one anyways;

Just note that this only applies to locked i5's and below. Even if you get a locked i7, it's a better idea to get a $20 heatsink just to keep thermals down and extend the life of the hardware.
