Can bungie pro be licenced transfer to ppl or is it something thats locked to an acct? like if i have 2 profiles on my xbox and i but bungie pro for one of them can i go on the other one will it have 24 slots too?

No because bungie pro is a file that is saved to your profile. You would have to buy pro for each.

You can change other stuff on ur profile around like gpd's for games and alot of other stuff so why can't u make bungie pro a shareable item?
