I only work out 3 times a week Monday Wednesday and Friday I work out every part of my body those 3 days since I don't go every day so I get everything in and Tuesday and Thursday go jog or ride a bike and the weekends is your time to rest a bit

I use the collegiate version of muscle milk and it's pretty sweet. It's got all the good stuff in it and I don't have to worry about taking a supplement or something that's banned by the NCAA because it's specifically for college athletes. So if you have to worry about passing a drug test like I do then you might want to look into it. You can get it pretty cheap online. I honestly wouldn't shop in stores, it's all marked up too much.

I also work out those days and i get lower/upper in those days But i play 3 sports also and im a starter in all 3. I dont think i'll have a problem with taking it.

Protein is good for you and also if you work out and stuff when you sleep eat a lot of peanut butter or a peanut butter sandwich and drink a glass of milk so that when you're sleeping for 8 hours the peanut butter sticks to you all night long and it's good protein so it works also
