iSupport wrote Try calling microsoft support. If it's within the warranty period, they'll probably replace it for a brand new one. They'll try to help you out so be ready to explain the problem and have the xbox next to you so you can do whatever they tell you to. Don't try to open it or do something that you're unsure of and/or have never done before!

Tilt the front of the xbox up then put the disc in. mine has the same problem works for me hope it does for you to.
