it does look good but if you plan to overclock you might need a bigger psu ( I personally never overclocked/never will the risk is way to high and I don't want to break my hardware )

He wouldn't overclock as he has a locked CPU so he can't overclock.

As everyone else has said, you'll run into issues running it on a 500 watt one.

He is getting a 650w PSU, also you can run a gtx 770 on a 550w PSU, the minimum requirements don't mean you have to have that to get the GPU.

I know that it's practically possible to run it on a high quality power supply on 550 watts. But I generally go somewhere in the minimum line of necessary wattage so I can potentially over clock the hell out of my graphics card and processor. I know he has a locked processor-- but I was making a generalized term.
