You just gotta keep smithin' those Leather Bracers; also, those Hinges if you got Hearthfire. All it requires is an Abundant amount of Leather, Leather Strips, Iron Ingots and Motivation. Using the warrior Stone could help you level smithing faster, along with sleeping in a bed right before you go to the forge.

If you feel like doing a quest, involving scouring through a Dwemer Dungeon, then you might wanna go to the Docks at Riften, and Speak to the Argonian that hangs out there. She'll give you the quest, and the lexicon. Upon completion of the quest, you'll gain an active effect called "Ancient Knowledge." This ability allows your smithing to level up 15% faster.

All of this stacked together can allow your smithing to level up 35-50% faster (depending on where you sleep right before you start crafting, and if you have a wife in the game).

There are even more ways to get your smithing to level up even faster - as much as 65% - but that requires completion of the long, vigorous quest "Lost to the Ages" -__-

You can Kill Those who drop them Or Steal From The Companions

Depending on the Dragonborn's level, you can buy Daedra hearts from most of the Apothecary vendors, but there's a Bosmer Sorcerer (goes by the name of Enthir) at the College of Winterhold who will for sure sell them to you at night, up in his dorm room. (No joke)
Also, if you start the pieces from the past questline, where you have to help that guy at dawnstar with his museum; after completion of the quest, four Dremora lords, two on the outside and two on the inside, will spawn every two days at the location of where you put together Mehrunes Dagger. Upon killing these Dremora Lords, each will contain a Daedra heart when searched.
