PLEASE Help
My desktop will not connect or find my network provided by Comcast. My laptop is connecting just fine. I don't know what the problem is. I called them and they don't know and they'll be sending a tech to come Tuesday but I want to see if I can fix it myself. The desktop is a Windows Vista or Xp. My laptop is Windows 7. MY brothers laptop connects also which is a Windows 8 computer. All our phones and tablets and ipad connects just fine too. Does anyone have any ideas?

Desktop is using Ethernet.
