I recently brought the 550w PSU and am having a slight problem with the power cord because its a 2pin connector and here in the UK we us 3pins for our mains so I now have to go out and buy a 3pin adapter. I got mine from amazonUK so just watch out unless there all like that then there isn't much we can do. Its not the end of the would but I am just letting you UK guys know to keep a eye for it! thanks for reading!

You don't have to use a adapter. You can just purchase a Kettle Lead. It will fit the connector on the PSU.

I doubt it's the PSU. so you can't really have a go at them until you know for sure.
