What is the best site to build one on? It needs to be pre-built, sorry.

So far and made some decent builds... But if you know a site or have a build to recommend link me please.
It needs to be under 1300 and have windows 7 ultimate. It also needs to be able to run top notch games with minimal lag. Would like it to work with wireless internet not ethernet but i can also do ethernet if needed.

You're not going to get a computer which will be amazing for the price as you're buying a PC from a pre-built website. You'd be able to get a great gaming PC if you built it yourself.
