So there is some stuff I want to buy online (donation to a minecraft server) and I want to be able to pay. Sadly the only option is paypal, and I do not have a credit card or debit card of any sort. I have a PayPal account but it is not verified also. My mother and father will not buy me anything of a sort, they say they have better things to spend the money on. I have $25 phone credit.

That is why I am asking if it is possible to top up a paypal account using phone credit.

Unfortunately not my friend, would be cool if you could but once phone credit is bought that's all it's used for :/
