This might not fit in this forum, but I've been having a problem where when I launch battlefield 3 it opens in a plain white window and I can't close it without task manager. Any ideas on how to fix it? Or are there any posts related to how? I've been unlucky. Here's everything I've tried:
Reinstalling game
Taking the trademark out of the file name in the install location
Also waiting for the game to start up for longer doesn't work. I tried leaving it there for about an hour and the white screen stayed.

Have you tried running the game in Windowed mode?
Have you tried updating your video card drivers? (Uninstall previous drivers before installing new ones.)
Is your OS up-to-date?
Have you tried disabling Origin in-game?
