Someone I know took my ip address and said they where going to mess up my internnet and like an hour later it disconnected me and won't let me on. It keeps saying Internet can not display that page and when I type in a website it says the address is not valid. My xbox still connects to live but Internet won't work please help!!

All you have to do is unplug the power from your modem for 30 second then plug it back in and it will give you a different IP.

I would phone my ISP and see what they say and you could phone the police I think what he is doing may be illegal.

Ya my computer got hacked once....I had to send it in to get fixed and what they did was wipe out all the memory on my computer so try doing a PC recovery well thats what its called for my comp

just call your ISP, a proxy won't work as your internet is connecting to the proxy so you need internet to connect to the proxy.
Call your Internet Service Provider and they'll sort it.
