Guys does anyone know if you can get into the cod championships with a parental consent if you get through?

I don't think you can because since your there to win money it has something to do with gambling laws or something. Optic had to go through something your going through with scumpy because they wanted him in a tournament for money and they saidbje couldn't because he has 16-17. So what I know of you can't but I'm not really familiar with it.
