I would wait for the iPhone 6 the 5s is basically the same as the iPhone 5 but with better specs and the 5c is the iPhone 5 but plastic.

Personally I'm getting the 5s, I like it better.
Like people are saying it could be up to over a year until the new iPhone. I agree I don't enjoy the S3 either.
When it comes down to it, it's your money, your choice.
If I was in your shoes, I'd buy the 5s, sell the GS3. Hope you make a decision you're happy with!
