What exactly are you trying to accomplish with the upgrade? You don't have a graphics card, but you do have pretty good integrated graphics. This is one of the selling points of AMD's APUs. An easy upgrade that will get you a lot better gaming performance would be adding an AMD 6670 which would "Hybrid Crossfire" with the integrated graphics and not require you to upgrade your power supply.

It looks like the 8470 actually is a dedicated card, but I can't find whether it's being used in Hybrid Crossfire or if it's actually faster than the integrated 7560D. AMD's naming convention is very confusing and they even have an integrated GPU called the 8470D.

Adding the 6670 will be the cheapest and biggest upgrade for game performance you can do.

installing a GPU is easy. simply open the tab on the PCI-E 16 slot, put the card in and apply pressure until you hear the tab lock. then hook up the power to the card.

Depends what your budget is really, as we could recommend any of a number of cards. Also bear in mind that as HP along with most of the OEM's use power supplies not made for use with high power draw gaming components so you should factor one into your budget too.
