I am gonna build a cheap BPL team using a 433 False 9, but im lost for choice with striker, who would you say is the best?

I have IF Adebayor as CF in my false 9. He's decent there. I havn't tried any others. I really like him because of his 4* skills, really good for a CF.

What about Torres? I tried him there and he was beyond decent
