Hey Guys, I have been in a few modded lobby's can i get counsel banned or just rank banned on ghosts?

Bro i have been 10th since a week after launch i am still not banned i think they are not doing it as there are so many public lobbies its not fair to derank everyone - But i think if they were it wouldnt be console
