I'm not commander anymore, and if you noticed, most of the members are greedy and joined just to get body count while everyone else did the work. The first day of the clan war, I played 9 hours straight and hardly anyone was on. I'm not going to work my ass off while everyone else relaxed and played GTA V or some other game. The new commander looked at everyone's profile to see who was active and who was not. He kicked all the inactive players and the players who we're not playing ghosts.
