Text Tutorial (Written By Caspahz)
1. Get any Car you want to modify
2. Park It outside of Los Santos Customs
3. Steal or find any random car
4. Drive it Into Los Santos Customs
5. Click which ever option you want to mod your unmodifiable car with.. For example, if I want to respray it, I would just click the respray option.. If I wanted to mod turbo onto it, I would just click "Turbo".. Remember, do not purchase this on the random car. Just click it once so ur in the category!
6. Go to Xbox/Ps3 game store while still in Los Santos Customs
7. Once store loads up, disconnect ur internet/modem.
8. It will kick u into story mode, once story mode loads up, connect back to xbox live/psn.
9. Start a invite only online session, drive the car into Los Santos Customs, mod it!

You have to be able to drive the vehicle into LSC
